Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1995, Mr. Fabian earned the respect and admiration of many in the transactional community. Many real estate professionals and investors consult with him about a myriad of issues and matters relating to real estate, business, and corporate matters. He has built a reputation for his thoroughness, diligence, and integrity. Meet The Founder – Rafael Fabian

Education

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Rafael Fabian attended High School at Monsignor Edward Pace High School, and earned his undergraduate college degree at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. Early on, Mr. Fabian realized that he had a special understanding of business and commercial transactions. Naturally, his Bachelor of Arts degree consisted of a major in Economics and a minor in Business.

Law School

After a decorated undergraduate experience, Mr. Fabian decided to come home and attend St. Thomas University School of Law. Again, he focused his course load on subjects that would feed his appetite for learning the intricisies of complex transactional matters. In 1995, he earned the Juris Doctorate degree receiving several honors in various legal areas.

Experience

Soon after admission to the Florida Bar in 1995, Mr. Fabian was employed by the law firm of Garcia, Perez-Siam & Grueninger located in Coral Gables, Florida. He immediately made his presence felt and the firm recognized his ability to handle high pressure situations with poise and skill. In 1997, he prepared himself to go out on his own to embark on the vision that was to be known as Rafael Fabian, P.A. Since then, Mr. Fabian developed long-term business relationships by organizing partnerships in order to offer prospective real estate and business professionals the most efficient and accurate transactional services.

The Firm

The ultimate goal was to create a team environment with the firm’s business partners in order to provide a high level of service to clients within a seamless process. Mr. Fabian’s determination lead the firm in providing the outmost in communications with clients, persistent advocacy, and attention to all aspects of the clients’ transactions.
